Refund and Returns Policy
At Kroott, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund and returns policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 3 months satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and use according to user guide, you may return it for a refund . Please note that the item must be used , in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team . And Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you’re returning, including all original packaging and any accessories or documentation that came with the product.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to [10] business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- 1:- To receive any money back refund, the User must have used at least one complete product package kit in full accordance with the product user guide.
- 2:- After fully using a guarantee package, if the user feels that the product’s results are not satisfactory to the user in any way or does not have any beneficial effect on the user’s hair, the user will be entitled to a 3-month period of using the product. If the guarantee period is completed then the user is eligible for refund claim.
- 3:- To receive any refund, the user is required to purchase at least one Guaranteed Product Package Kit and use it as per the complete user guide.
- 4:- After taking the second package, if the user feels that there is no improvement of any kind, then in such a situation the user can return his remaining package kit, but in any such situation, the entire package given to the user by the company will be used. Has not been done which does not come under the company policy. Which will not be refundable.
- 5:- Product returns after the refund application is found to be in order. During the period, it will be mandatory to send original Kroott boxes and empty oil bottles which should be in reusable condition without any writing or damage on them.
- 6:- Users please ensure that the box is in reusable condition as the company is fully committed to environmental protection by planting double the number of trees to prevent any kind of environmental damage.
- 7:- To keep an eye on any kind of unfair refund application, it is mandatory for the user to send at least four photographs from the date of purchase of the product till the date of refund application, the last photograph of which should be on the date of refund application.
- 8:- User will be bound to take legal action if any improper refund application is found.
- 9:- The user should not indulge in any kind of misbehavior while communicating with the customer care after or during any refund application, otherwise the user’s refund application will be canceled due to the refund policy being broken.
- 10:-After any refund rejection, the user will be informed of the reason for refund rejection which will be sent to the user’s email address.
- 11:-After receiving any type of refund application, after inspection, if the refund application is found to be correct, appropriate refund will be given to the user after deducting the delivery charge and product cost.
